I wanted to talk to you because I wanted to make a proposal; the position I'm in right now is way below my capabilities and I feel I need something bigger and more important to be a part of. Which is why I thought of talking to you. What I'd really like is to be a complex problem solver and being challenged every day.
I really feel everywhere I've been I've performed beyond my expectations and would consider myself in the top 5% of people I've worked with, so I'd appreciate it if you consider me for a current open position in your area or even for a created position so that I can contribute at a higher level that I'm able to now.
Despite having a temporary contract many people have told me that my work is at a higher level than many permanent employees

I need a position with more responsabilities or challenges whether is here or somewhere else but I need a position like that.
